By using the packpack.app site, Pack Pack Service, or Pack Pack application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

1. You are at least 13 years old.
2. You are responsible for what is posted to your account.
3. You will not threaten, harass, or otherwise abuse other users.
4. You will not use the Service for any illegal activity.
5. You will not use the Service to share material for which you do not own the copyright.
6. You will not attempt to hack or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Service.
7. You will not post spam to the Service.
8. You will not post advertisements to the Service.
9. You will not post grossly offensive material to the Service.
10. You will not post pornographic material to the Service.
11. You will keep your payment method in good standing.
12. Your data may be permanently deleted from the Service 180 days after non-payment.

Your access may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated for violating these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to keep the community safe and functional. If your access is terminated and you have an active subscription, your method of payment will be refunded on a prorated basis. Terminated accounts with memberships from a one-time, non-recurring payment will not generally be refunded but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

General Conditions

1. We do not retain any rights to the content you post. What you post is yours. We will not use your content for marketing, advertising, or other purposes without your explicit permission.
2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time for any reason.
3. We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service at any time for any reason.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
5. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames which are inactive, offensive, illegal, which violate the intellectual property of any party, or which violate these terms of use.
6. We reserve the right to remove any content from the Service for any reason, but we have no obligation to do so.
7. We retain the rights to everything we post to the Service.
8. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time for any reason. If there is a material change to these Terms of Use, you will be notified by email to the address on file. What determines a material change is defined at our discretion and will be made in good faith.

All claims and disputes under or relating to this agreement will be subject to binding arbitration in the state of Delaware or another location agreed to by both parties.
